As an IT Global Program Manager, I lead a strategic GxP multi-year global program with a multi-million dollar budget, focused on implementing a new Quality Management System (Veeva eQMS) for approximately 20k users. This initiative spans across all sectors, including Life Science, Health Care, Electronics and Enabling Functions. The initiative features a complex organizational structure with multiple workstreams, external third-party vendors and numerous senior stakeholders across the globe. My role encompasses driving the IT and business transformation by transitioning from legacy system to a modern cloud-based SaaS platform. I successfully managed the implementation of Phase 1 of the program by taking over from the previous IT PM, transforming the program's status from red to green and achieving a successful business go-live for around 10k users, including the integration with ERP system (SAP MDG).
