Member Protection secures LinkedIn's member ecosystem by providing clients with the education needed to successfully adhere to LinkedIn's contract terms. Utilization of cross-functional collaboration is used to mitigate contract violations. Data obtained via Customer Behavior Analytics is utilized to share a story with our sales teams to improve their understanding of the underlying issues. In return, this motivates our partners to implement the necessary steps in an effort to decrease violations within their books. Secondary to APAC/India mitigation, I perform high level audits within our RPO business segment in an effort to present partners with easily interpreted data and actionable solutions.
