As native English translator and editor I work with Spanish, Italian and Catalan and English-language documents. I am a Qualified Member of the Institute of Translation and Interpreting (MITI). I also work with EIDO Healthcare Ltd, editing patient information documents that form part of the informed consent process, and enjoy the challenge of putting complex medical documents into plain English. In December 2023 I am taking part in the Talisker Whisky Atlantic Challenge as part of the four-woman team, Ace of Blades. The race will see us row 3000 miles, unassisted, across The Atlantic to raise money for The Outward Bound Trust, Macmillan and Prostate Cymru.
