Highly accomplished executive remuneration professional with over 10 years expertise working in FTSE100 companies. Member of a successful reward team awarded the 2021 PwC Building Public Trust Award for Remuneration Reporting in the FTSE 350. My experience has been informed through working in a range of sectors, having joined PwC as a graduate, gained global compensation and executive remuneration knowledge in the engineering and manufacturing sectors before most recently focusing on executive reward in the financial services and utilities sectors. Reporting to the Reward Director and providing expertise on executive reward matters to a range of stakeholders ranging from individual employees, HR Business Partners, Directors, the CEO and Chair of the Remuneration Committee. I managed the Remuneration Committee annual cycle by leading drafting the preparation of papers and co-ordinating stakeholder input and approval, which involved extensive engagement with colleagues in Finance and Company Secretariat. Examples of topics covered include: executive benchmarking, annual incentive plan design and outturn, long-term incentive design and outturn, wider workforce policies and practices, leaver treatment and wider topics of interest to the Committee. Key achievements: • Owning the project management, writing and production of the best in class Directors’ Remuneration Report for the Severn Trent Plc Annual Report and Accounts. Proud to have been highly commended in 2020 by Professional Services firms and to have won the 2021 Building Public Trust Awards for Remuneration Reporting in the FTSE 350. • Involvement in the strategic review and implementation of the 2021 Remuneration Policy, with a focus on strengthening the connection between reward and sustainability. • Design and implementation of Executive Reward statements for senior management, including the Severn Trent Executive Committee and Executive Directors. • Project management, writing and production of Severn Trent’s gender pay gap report. • Working collaboratively with Company Secretariat in the annual grant and vesting processes associated with deferred share and long term incentive awards for the senior management population.
