I am Head of Bad Debt Protection for Bibby Financial Services, the UK's largest independent invoice financier. I manage a small team to oversee our Bad Debt Protection product in the UK, servicing more than 2,000 SME clients. I have built a successful career in Invoice Finance, having started in Credit Control and working through roles including Client Services Manager, Relationship Manager and Risk Manager. I am skilled in credit insurance management, team management and leadership, portfolio management, underwriting, relationship management, credit assessment, collections and recoveries.
