Liz started the Amicus Ford Legal practice in 2015. Amicus Ford is part of the Livingston James Group. Leading Amicus Ford, Liz successfully recruited lawyers at all levels, from newly qualified to Partner level, in both private practice and industry across all disciplines of law. Private practice clients comprised of top tier, mid-tier and boutique firms. In-house organisations included a wide range of sectors including: financial services, drinks, banking, energy, technology, property and public sector clients. Liz provided a premium service to firms and candidates alike, providing recruitment services for both permanent and temporary positions.
Manage a small team of resourcing co-ordinators. Played an integral part in the creation of a new in house resourcing team (2012) advising and implementing new processes and recruitment system for the UK. Key stakeholder management from HR Business Partners to Board Directors and external suppliers. Strong candidate management / communication. Seconded onto the largest and most complex change programme Solvency II within Standard Life. Responsible for all contract and permanent staff. Involved in resource planning and providing resourcing solutions in line with business objectives. Recruitment - Corporate Functions Responsible for recruitment within Corporate Functions (Legal, Risk, Compliance, HR and Finance). Liaising with senior stakeholders advising on creative and cost effective ways to source talent. Experienced in assessment centres, events and running of key projects (PSL & Vetting reviews).
