I am a growth-minded and purpose driven Registered Nurse with 7+ years of experience in psychiatric/behavioral health, OBGYN, and acute neonatal care. I’ve supported individuals and families through their most vulnerable moments; welcoming new life, navigating emotional distress and restoring stability through compassionate psychiatric care. My passion for mental health shaped my mission to offer care that is human, mindful, and grounded in evidence-based compassion. I am currently advancing my education as a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) graduate student, integrating holistic, therapeutic, and culturally attuned approaches to empower patients to understand themselves, build healthier patterns and feel genuinely seen.
