My role included attending exhibitions to market the project to SMEs and Graduates such as career fairs, visiting SMEs to see how the project can support them, prepare for ERDF audits, dealing with finance, maintaining and monitoring the SME files, collaborating with the University partners such as Coventry, BCU, Aston, Staffordshire etc whilst ensuring that the project targets are being met.

My role involved collaborating with SME's within my region, working with the International Trade Advisors to ensure that the clients are eligible for ERDF funding and are at a level ready to start exporting and so forth.
