I manage the Resourcing team to lead them on a direct sourcing model approach. Taking responsibility for talent attraction, sourcing and assisting in the assessment of candidates. My current role involves encouraging my team to pro-actively identify candidates to approach and guide the team on new methods to recruit, looking at continuously improving and innovating in our current space. I'm currently leading on the design and implementation of a social media strategy, working closely with our communications team to improve brand awareness and increase reach. My team are responsible for carrying out all national campaigns for our Investigators, sifting high volume applications and conducting a number of weeks of assessments centres at external & internal venues. As well as the above I'm also the lead on GDPR for the recruitment department, liaising with our external suppliers and in-house stakeholders. I also manage the pre employment division and provide support, advice and guidance with escalation and process. I'm an active member & co-chair of the Women into Leadership & Family network, working on extra projects outside my day to day duties.

During my time at Kuoni I was an expert consultant in Long Haul Travel. As well as booking and advising clients on best locations to travel to. I also spent 25-35% of my time out of the office in Long Haul Travel destinations.
