Leading with compassion, informed by evidence, shaped by lived experience. I’m dedicated to building services that are compassionate, trauma-informed, and grounded in integrity — not just in words, but in practice. I believe that a therapeutic, nurturing, and supportive environment is essential for recovery and growth — for the individuals and communities I work with, and equally for the teams who support them. My mission is to develop and lead services that truly live their values, embedding trauma-informed, neurodiversity-affirming, and person-centred approaches into every level of care and strategy. I have extensive clinical and leadership experience across residential, community, educational, and secure settings, working with children, adolescents, and adults facing complex needs — including mental health difficulties, neurodevelopmental conditions, and criminogenic risks. My work draws on a range of therapeutic modalities including EMDR, DBT, ACT, CFT, schema therapy, and creative approaches such as block (LEGO) therapy. I’m also deeply committed to sensory-informed practice and neurodiversity inclusion, shaped by my own neurodivergent experience. Beyond clinical work, I’m passionate about developing others through supervision, training, and consultancy, and have published several book chapters and articles on trauma-informed practice within social care. Ultimately, my goal is simple: To deliver innovative, effective, and compassionate care that improves wellbeing, strengthens systems, and creates environments where everyone can thrive.
