About

Former U.S. National Security Council official with a decade of experience building and leading high-stakes programmes at the intersection of national security, emerging technology, and economic policy. My broad experience with geopolitical analysis, both in government and in the UK private sector, provides unique insights to US, European and senior decisionmakers and executives. At the White House, I built and coordinated the regulatory frameworks governing how U.S. capital and data flows to the emerging tech sector in adversarial nations and led the analysis that informed CFIUS decisionmakers on the billions of dollars of foreign investment flowing to the US. Now based in London, I'm focused on applying that background to the challenges that matter most now: AI governance, safety, and the infrastructure needed to manage frontier AI responsibly. I'm drawn to organisations, whether in industry, policy, or philanthropy, that want to get this right. Extensive experience in economic security, supply chain risk, emerging technology policy, third-party risk, geopolitical analysis, and AI governance.
