SAP S/4HANA on RISE (Private Cloud) Cutover Analyst (February 2025 - Present) - Part of a large-scale SAP S/4HANA implementation on RISE Private Cloud, covering modules including S/4HANA, BW, EWM and SAP CAR. - Functional scope includes Finance, Supply Chain, Buying & Merchandising, Data migration and System Integration across 200+ interfaces - Responsible for coordinating and structuring the Technical Cutover Plan, collecting task-level inputs from functional and technical teams - Validated and sequences over 1000+ tasks, ensuring logical order and readiness for SIT, UAT and Go-Live phases - Identified and managed dependencies between manual configurations and data migration to avoid delays in test cycles - Developed and maintained Excel and PowerBi dashboards to track UAT readiness and Cutover Planning progress, highlighting blocked or overdue activities - Supported the development of post-Go-Live and Hypercare strategies and deliverables SAP S/4HANA PMO & Functional Analyst (July 2024 - November 2024) -The team are implementing a new ERP system, replacing the current SAP Business by Design with S/4HANA Public Cloud Edition - My responsibilities include managing the day-to-day tracking and reporting, ensuring seamless coordination between the Delivery Lead, cross-functional teams and senior client stakeholders - Application of SAP FICO module - Configured G/L accounts across leading and non-lead ledgers
