Spearheaded the brand’s creation, website design, market positioning, and online presence through social media. In June 2019, secured partnership with Hoseasons’ exclusive Starboard fleet of private charter hire boats. Awarded Best Canal Boat Holiday Experience in England by LuxLife Nautical Tourism Awards (2022, 2023 & 2024). Maintained a Feefo rating of 4.9/5 and achieved 100% occupancy annually from March–November, driven by strong guest loyalty and referrals. 2025 Success: Despite widespread canal lock closures, repositioned the product to appeal to first-time and novice boaters with 3–4 night canal holidays and lock-free routes. This strategic pivot turned potential disruption into a unique selling point, resulting in full bookings for 2025 and securing 50% of 2026 inventory at full price by October 2025.
