Following a team restructure, I stepped into a Regional Manager role, expanding my scope from hands-on operations to overseeing facilities management across multiple markets. Lead facilities operations across the region, ensuring operational consistency and high workplace standards. Drive process optimization and efficiency improvements, supporting scalable operations across multiple offices. Oversee vendor performance, contracts, and budgets, ensuring cost control and service quality. Support regional expansion by contributing to office openings, workplace strategy, and operational readiness. Focus on team development and ownership, enabling local teams to deliver results with autonomy. Partner with global and cross-functional stakeholders to align regional operations with company-wide standards. Monitor and improve operational performance, focusing on measurable impact and continuous improvement.
As Facilities Manager for Revolut, I’m responsible for overseeing workplace operations and ensuring a seamless employee experience across five strategic locations. Throughout the last year, I have led several key projects that marked milestones for the company’s global expansion: Office Openings & Relocations: Successfully managed the relocation of the Porto office and the opening of Revolut’s first office in Dubai in August 2025, followed by the launch of our main and core Dubai in November 2025. Coordinated complex moves across multiple regions, ensuring business continuity, operational readiness, and compliance with all HSE standards. Facilities Operations & Vendor Management: Lead end-to-end facilities management services including cleaning, security, maintenance, landscaping, pest control, and space management. Oversee and develop external vendor relationships to ensure high performance, cost efficiency, and alignment with Revolut’s global standards. Manage on-site service teams and contractors, fostering a culture focused on quality, safety, and responsiveness. Workplace Experience & Procurement: Maintain exceptional workplace standards across all offices, promoting an environment that reflects Revolut’s culture of excellence and innovation. Lead procurement and contract management processes (OPEX, CAPEX), including inventory control, consumables, and operational budget oversight. Support the company’s global growth by implementing scalable, data-driven facilities solutions tailored to local needs and expansion strategies. Partner closely with Real Estate, Finance, and People teams to align facilities initiatives with business priorities and sustainability goals. These projects have strengthened Revolut’s presence in EMEA and solidified the Dubai hub as a central node for future operations, reinforcing my expertise in global workplace management, office openings, vendor governance, and cross-cultural leadership.
In November 2024, one more location, São Paulo, was added to my responsibilities. I’m now responsible for managing facilities in Porto, Lisbon, Paris, Dubai, Milan & São Paulo. Lead and oversee proactive facilities management services, encompassing cleaning, security, landscaping, pest control, and office moves. Direct and manage teams of approximately 10 staff members (cleaning & security teams), ensuring seamless execution of office services, meeting room arrangements, and consumable supplies. Oversee external vendors and contractors, ensuring adherence to health, safety, and risk assessment protocols. Promote a culture centered on customer service, promptly addressing requests and maintaining an organized, clean workspace. Manage procurement processes, oversee inventory control, and ensure daily replenishment of kitchen and pantry supplies. Compile reports, carry out administrative duties, and ensure alignment with company policies and core values.
