My role included: • Networking with a diverse client base to successfully build my own business. • Project Management: liaising with communications companies, training companies and multinational clients to co-ordinate comprehensive training plans and delivery within agreed parameters. • Learning telecoms products, writing and delivering related training courses to tight deadlines. • Coordinating and working with sales teams to do demos at the Call Centre Expo Show. • Working alone and also as part of a team to deliver training courses to a high standard. • Evaluating training provision by gathering feedback from trainees, their companies, the communications dealers, and the training companies, through whom I do the work, as well as from fellow trainers. I used this feedback to improve my training.
Key Achievements / Roles: • Responsible for induction and training of new recruits. • Sole trainer, providing training for a large customer base and internal staff. • Customer Satisfaction evaluation undertaken and outcomes to improve services provided by the company, for which I won an award. • Technical Author for DTS Product Guides.
• Marketing: compiling the company brochure; writing the company newsletter and conducting mail shots. • Telecommunications training.
