This year has been one of the hardest of my life. I was made redundant, and I faced the sudden and heartbreaking loss of my wonderful mum. Despite everything, I’ve kept moving forward and recently started a new job. I’m sharing this not for sympathy, but as a reminder that resilience comes in many forms—and sometimes just getting through the day is a win. Here’s to healing, growth, and new beginnings

• Planning of Rollout sites within a 2G GSM BSS & 3G UTRAN network, including project planning/delivery and update of milestone Project Plan. • Identifying coverage problem areas & other deficiency aspects related to network performance. • Undertake detailed optimization projects for UK top ten cities. • RF coverage analysis for various environments (dense urban, urban & rural), via the commercially available RF propagation planning tool ‘NetAct’ & real time performance results obtained from field trials & drive surveys when necessary via ‘Natsuite’ and ‘Actix’. • Active in upgrading mature GSM BSS & UTRAN sites to optimize network performance. • Creating Drive Test routes followed by analysis of the Nemo drive test data (log files) to evaluate the Network or RF related issues in Setup failures, Call Drops, Handover Failures, Pilot Pollution, missing Neighbour (2G & 3G) etc & suggesting Antenna Changes, Down tilt, Reorientation etc.
