You might look at your life and think: “I should feel happy.” From the outside, everything looks fine. You’ve built a life, supported others, handled responsibilities, and kept things going. Although as time went on, something changed. You feel: • Less confident than you used to • Unsure what you want anymore • Restless, flat, or quietly unfulfilled • Like the old you doesn’t quite fit your life now and perhaps the hardest part is that it’s really difficult to explain. Nothing is obviously wrong but you know you don’t want to spend the next chapter of your life just getting through it. Midlife can bring with it huge identity shifts. Children become more independent. Careers change or slow down. We often find ourselves caring for teens or young adults as well as ageing parents, whilst experiencing hormonal changes. Suddenly you’re left asking questions you’ve never had time to ask before: Who am I now? What do I want next? Is there more for me than this? Why do I feel invisible? I know all of this first hand. I used to suffer from chronic anxiety, lack of confidence, self doubt and overthinking. Even though everything looked fine on the outside I was quietly suffering and I just thought it was 'the way I was'. I trained in and used various methods to completely change my mindset which ultimately led me to start my own business in my 50's, start public speaking and become a bestselling author. Having a background in Psychology and counselling and having trained as a coach as far back as the early 00's (showing my age!) I created my boutique midlife reinvention journey NewLife MidLife for midlife women who want to rebuild confidence and reconnect with themselves. We create a next chapter that actually feels meaningful. We use the same methods I used to transform the way I think, feel and act. Through deep conversation, psychological insight, and subconscious belief work, I help women: • rebuild genuine self-trust • quiet self-doubt and overthinking • reconnect with purpose and possibility • feel confident and at ease in themselves again • create a life that feels aligned, energising and their own Because midlife isn’t the end of the story.     I'm Liz, a transformational coach with a deep-rooted passion for guiding midlife women to live their very best lives. I know that it is never too late to make changes and align your life with what matters to you. In fact midlife brings with it a wealth of experience, knowledge and wisdom that is so unique and valuable that it is the perfect time to become the woman that you always wanted to be. We frequently find ourselves in midlife feeling washed up and stressed out, with anxiety being our default and joy feeling like a horizon that we never quite get to. You may have ticked all the boxes and reached the career goals but you still feel that something is missing. I’ve been a life coach since 2005, and for the past 3 years I have focused on helping mid-life women to get out of survival mode and into a life that actually makes them feel like they’re alive and thriving. The gap between just existing and thriving feels huge. It feels like an impossible task that someone like you doesn’t deserve. BUT I know that you can have the purpose, joy and confidence that you want, but it takes more than just reading self-help books, listening to mindset podcasts and daily affirmations, it takes in-depth work to change your subconscious limiting beliefs. This can sound intense and even like hard work, but I promise you that going on this journey with someone to guide and champion you, will be one of the most life-affirming things that you can do (and you’ll wish you’d done it years ago!) Mid-life is the perfect time to take bold action. Feeling anxious, stressed out, unfulfilled and bottom of the pile all of the time doesn’t have to be your normal for the rest of your life. I know you have a flicker of fire in your belly that is yearning for more. Yearning to feel happier, confident, present and fabulous.
