Executive Leadership Team at Atlantic UK & Warner Music UK Oversaw a large part of the company - including Marketing, Digital, Audience, Streaming, Creative, Publicity & On-Roster Catalogue, leading the teams to devise and deliver exciting, impactful & innovative world-class campaigns whilst also guiding the strategy. Artists examples: Ed Sheeran, Charli XCX, Fred..again, Maisie Peters, Anne-Marie, Paulo Nutini, Paramore, Twenty One Pilots, Lizzo, The War On Drugs & Teddy Swims. In 2025, as VP Global Marketing - led the UK International export strategy for Warner Music UK (across Atlantic, Warner Records & Parlophone), Global Marketing and central EMEA teams to deliver global campaigns for all artists.
Oversaw all aspects of the label’s UK operation including marketing, promotions, publicity, digital & international. Glassnote established a credible & exciting independent label in the UK that brought success to a wide range of acts from artists such as rapper Childish Gambino to pop singer-songwriter Jade Bird. This was achieved through a shared creative vision, finely conceived strategies and by successfully leading & motivating large teams.
Led marketing team and artist development strategy for the UK label and it's large roster of artists. Personally Ran: Lana Del Rey (Born TO Die, Ultraviolence & Honeymoon albums) - set and led the strategy and aesthetic on a global scale, Elbow (worked 6 albums) - led the multi award-winning campaign for The Seldom Seen Kid, Snow Patrol, Shura, Mabel, Kate Nash, Imagine Dragons, Eminem, 30 Seconds to Mars, Nelly Furtado, Gwen Stefani, Rufus Wainwright and more. Oversaw: Haim, Michael Kiwanuka, Lady Gaga, Yeah Yeah Yeahs and more.
