I managed the finance and procurement teams, was secretary to Finance Committee and Company Secretary for the University's operating subsidiary Conference Aston. I have implemented a number of system and process improvements and managed a number of key external stakeholders for the University.
Responsible for Management of the Finance Team, Insurance and Catering provision at the College. Retendered and saved 50% of cost of both catering and insurance. Key responsibilities included preparation of management accounts and financial statements, attendance at College Committees.

I led on the development of an EPOS system and centralization of engineers together with financial reporting and management.
