Previously at Vodafone, I led complex, award-winning transformation initiatives including the launch of VOXI, multi-million-pound CRM and billing transformations and the set-up and relocation of UK and offshore contact centres. This work spanned multiple concurrent workstreams (HR, Operations, L&D, Technology, Communications and Workforce Design) and required strong governance, pace and stakeholder alignment. Led the redesign of Vodafone UK’s knowledge platform, creating a single source of truth with governance, reporting and adoption tracking. Played a key role in Vodafone’s award-winning VOXI launch, introducing digital-only services and Agile delivery. Directed customer operations readiness for a multi-million-pound CRM and billing transformation, training 8,000+ agents while protecting customer experience.
