I am a Partner with considerable managerial experience and deep operational expertise, focused on delivering operational excellence, high‑quality service delivery, and effective risk and cost control. My work has centred on designing and implementing improved internal processes, quality review frameworks, and team and management structures to drive consistency, improve cycle times, and reduce indemnity spend. I take a pragmatic, data‑driven approach to operational improvement, ensuring that change delivers measurable outcomes while remaining sustainable for teams and clients. I have been involved in numerous cross‑business projects across the CSG division of DACB, contributing to product design, service delivery models, and the behaviours required to support effective, compliant and client‑focused operational performance. I regularly work with senior stakeholders to translate strategic objectives, regulatory expectations, and client requirements into practical operational solutions. Alongside my operational leadership, I manage key client relationships and advise service performance. I am a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt, a certified TetraMap Facilitator, and a CMI Chartered Manager, and I place strong emphasis on coaching, capability development, and high‑performing teams. My legal background is in insurance litigation and personal injury, with over 20 years’ experience advising on road traffic, employers’ liability, and public liability claims. I have led teams supporting a number of the firm’s blue‑chip clients, combining legal expertise with disciplined operational and regulatory oversight.
