I have had more than 20 years experience working in the parking industry, specialising in parking management/policy, design and Civil Enforcement, both within Local Authority and the private sector. I have carried out a number of parking operational reviews and procurement development which has led to local authorities saving millions of pound in the service delivery. I was a Parking Enforcement and Operations Manager in London for 10 years, responsible for revenue collection, Civil Parking Enforcement (CPE) and associated contracts, management of permits for parking schemes and the management of the penalty charge notices. I have successfully managed the delivery of many parking schemes and studies, including design (preliminary and detailed), consultation, construction and contract procurement, as well as all associated Traffic Regulation Orders. This broad experience of the parking industry has led to me being involved in the development and review of a number of parking strategies and studies, covering parking feasibility, charging mechanisms, revenue projection and policies.
Managing the operations, strategy and policy approach of the 45 Park & Ride in the TfWM area. This is currently a part time role, with capacity to assist in other roles.
