Dealing with complaints generated in Salesforce, making outbound calls to customers and contact via email, booking appointment slots for customers for repairs, reserving stock in Retail stores and placing online orders, processing refunds. Contacting customers directly either by phone/email, to ensure they were happy with the service they received and collating feedback in the form of spreadsheets, reporting all feedback to Management. Showroom Host duties, first point of contact to all customers/visitors. Answering incoming telephone calls via switchboard, booking meeting rooms and catering, dealing with stock orders, post and general administration duties and keeping customer areas safe, clean and tidy.
Processing finance documents issued by Motor Dealers, to ensure all key aspects had been checked and correct. Once document was completed, the next part of the process was to make a validation call direct to the customer and then pay outstanding finance directly to the dealer.
