Psychological Content Creator for a funded academic research project focused on developing an Islamic Mindful Parenting framework to promote psychological well-being among parents of atypical children. Responsible for translating evidence-based psychological concepts into accessible multimedia content, including infographics, educational videos, and digital learning materials.
Supervisor: Ms Sharon Sharmini Mohan • Conducted comprehensive psychological assessments, including WISC-V, Vineland-3, CBCL/6-18, MMPI-RF-2, DST-J for diverse clinical presentations (e.g. ASD, mood and anxiety disorders, intellectual disability, specific learning disorder). • Provided evidence-based individual psychotherapy, primarily informed by ACT, DBT & CBT. • Collaborated within multiplicity teams (paediatrics, psychiatry, speech therapy, occupational therapy) to deliver integrated care and participate in MDT case discussions. • Facilitated community outreach & training (e.g parenting workshop, community mental health awareness, ACT for palliative care).
