Experience

  • Headhunter intern at MGR Consulting Co., Ltd.

    1. Collected and compiled candidate data from LinkedIn and 104 for technology and electrical engineering roles, preparing resumes for client submission

  • Consultant at H&L智理管理顧問

    1. Led end-to-end strategic talent sourcing and customized outreach, effectively aligning candidate profiles with client requirements to close recruitment deals and generate NT$306,000 in revenue in four months.

  • Human Resources Intern at AstraZeneca

During my internship, I mainly assisted the Learning & Development department, with a focus on internal training administrative support, project management, and process optimization. 1. I helped coordinate more than 10 internal training sessions, including preparing and sending materials, communicating with vendors via email, providing on-site support, and analyzing participation rates to ensure that the courses ran smoothly with data support. 2. I found that the monthly email process for new hire announcements took an entire day to complete. Therefore, I self-learned AI tools, Excel, and Python to design an automated process, which shortened the time to just 15 minutes and improved efficiency by 96%. 3. I had insights into data analysis, using pivot tables to find the relationship between course participation and employee promotions, helping to identify high-potential employees and providing the department with basic reports for further analysis. 4. I designed an onboarding handbook for the entire company from 0 to 1, and proactively communicated with cross-functional global IT. This not only helped new employees quickly access resources but also saved managers time during monthly training, and the handbook is still in use today. These experiences made me more familiar with data analysis and project management, and also demonstrated my ability to go from discovering problems, to coming up with methods, to execution, bringing real value to the team.
