Designing data-driven and user-centered Healthcare experiences at RealChemistry.
Work with local businesses as an individual consultant to improve web experiences. Conduct UX audits and heuristic analysis to propose solutions/services including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing. Determine design needs through user research and competitive analysis, etc. Create fully responsive websites based on research insights.
Constructively worked with my design team and stakeholders to develop a common understanding of user stories, business goals, and technical feasibility. Created scripts and recruited users to conduct in-depth interviews, open card sorts, and usability tests remotely and in-person. Redesigned 6 responsive pages for 3 user groups of varying skill levels using Figma and WordPress. Presented data-driven design changes to stakeholders, which resulted in an increase in task success rates and reported ease of use.
