25 years’ experience in technical cooperation and management, quality, product assurance and space systems and concepts qualification in the frame of large international projects with multiples stakeholders and institutions. The professional engagement in the space sector also brought me to leading projects, working on space regulatory aspects, to initiating, developing and straightening cooperation with the academic word, as well as providing expertise for the European Commission on space programmes, monitoring of projects and design of policies. The successful involvement in more than 40 Ariane launches, my background in propulsion, structures, telecom satellites procurement, led me to manage and assure the validation of several technologies actually employed in launchers and satellites. In charge of providing quality assurance, technical expertise and support for all activities associated with EUTELSAT spacecraft programs. Liaising with European Industry for quality, product aspects, qualification of processes and technologies and other industrial aspects. Overseeing contractors' works for design, development, manufacturing and tests of spacecraft. Participating in project design, test and acceptance reviews. Assessing technical risks and coordinating the technical experts for non-conformance control and related corrective actions. Participating in technical aspects of RFP’s and negotiation of contracts. Main achivements: - Negotiated and assessed the Quality Plans and requirements for the procurement of 2 satellites - Analysed discussed and proposed the radiations requirements frame and test approach for the satellite telecom missions with electric propulsion - Promoted the internal knowledge management and validated tools for improving the company data management - Designed, developed and implemented a dedicated Access tool for processing deviations - Promoted and coordinated the internal Alerts process and the necessary related actions needed to secure the procurement by establishing an dedicated procedure.

In charge of setting up the quality aspects of Technical Regulation of the French Space Operational Act by drafting requirements and processes as well as monitoring their implementation. Main achievements: - Set up SoW and contract for National Surveillance Organisations (total amount of 500K Euro) - Validating the system qualification activities of 4 Ariane missions: single launch (GS), double launch (ECA), Galileo and ATV missions.

(Five Ariane 5 launch campains as Quality Synthesis Launcher Responsible on launch site).
