Simultaneously, as a social media manager, I focus on building and maintaining the supermarket's online presence. Creating engaging content, managing social media accounts, responding to customer inquiries, and implement marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement. By juggling these roles, they contribute to both the physical and digital success of the supermarket.
