I am passionate about curating superior customer experiences for my clients that help them achieve their goals and create differentiated outcomes. I lead with empathy, but with a high focus on delivering results. As an interior designer for residential rental projects, I have been focusing on capturing the goals and vision of my clients to help them transform their apartment spaces into safe, functional, and visually appealing experiences for their rental clients. I am good at planning space utilization, ergonomic design, and selecting color palettes and lighting fixtures to cultivate an inviting ambiance in diverse settings. I create designs that optimize outcomes within the context of client budgets. All the apartments I helped design in New York and Florida rented for above market prices. Prior to interior design, as a Nurse practitioner I have always been driven to create an engaging and comfortable experience for my patients. I was always a strong advocate for creating patient centric customer experiences that helped them navigate their individual healthcare journeys in the most comfortable way possible. My patients always noticed the difference and my passion and empathy for optimizing their experiences was recognized across the hospital system. Now with UI/UX training, I hope to extend my passion for curating high empathy customer centric experiences into differentiated digital engagement journeys.

My job in Interior Design is to create functional, safe, and aesthetically pleasing spaces by assessing space requirements, determining optimal furniture placement, and selecting decorative items, All adhering to customer budgets, relevant blueprint, building code, and inspection requirements. Specific responsibilities include: - Help build a plan to capture the home owner's vision and goals for their home and convert it into a manageable project. - Develop design concepts and layout for fixtures and furniture to meet the client requirements - Communicate with contractors, delivery teams, building managers, and home owners to project manage design and implementation for residential projects with a focus on improving cost, while maintaining a high level of quality and service. - Manage and track client requests, coordinate workers, and supervise installations
As a Registered Nurse, my job was to integrate health maintenance, disease prevention, physical diagnosis, and treatment of common episodic and chronic problems in primary care. My job entailed ordering, performing and helping Doctors interpret diagnostic tests such as lab work and x-rays. In addition to helping in acute care and emergency care settings I helped treat acute and chronic conditions such as diabetes, high blood pressure, infections and injuries. I can also prescribe medications and other treatments under specific conditions to help manage patients' overall care.
As an intern, my role was to do preliminary examination for injuries, dental procedure prep, and document malformations of teeth and gums. I also helped fit dental appliances and ensured patients understood the basics of post-operative preventive care.
