Since I joined Tmall, I have engaged with over 50 major Japanese brands and more than hundred mild-small Japanese brands. In my role, I represent the company at various Japanese associations such as the FOODEX Planning Committee, the Japan Household Medicine Association, and the AACD. As the company representative in these associations, I consistently share the latest insights on Chinese cross-border e-commerce with Japanese brands. Furthermore, I have been invited to speak at large-scale exhibitions and events, representing Tmall Global and providing valuable information to attendees.
価値向上支援本部 事業イノベーション支援部 I independently secured a consulting contract through sales within my first three months which is the fastest pace recorded at FunaiSoken. In the fourth month, I won the Departmental Development Award. Additionally, I presented at four seminars, fostering strong relations between FunaiSoken and various cross-border e-commerce platforms. In just six months, I became the small leader of the cross-border e-commerce team. 【Seminar Development and Presentation】I I presented at four paid cross-border e-commerce seminars hosted by FunaiSoken, reaching over 100 participants with fundamental cross-border EC knowledge and the latest information. I also handled the pre-seminar preparations and operations.
• Business Development: I created a new BD plan from zero, which includes a new website page , videos which make new sellers interested in eBay, and guiding sellers to open complex cross-border accounts through online seminars. It has achieved great success within half a year. • Account management: I managed few VIP sellers. Through monthly regular meetings, tracking performance , listing advice/improvement, etc., my sellers have achieved significant performance growth in a year. • Category management: I created item detail templates that are commonly used in all collective category items to get more new listings . And use the regular data analysis to share the hot products that are in demand and the products that are attracting attention with the sellers.
Opening member of Shopee Japan. Business Development: Developing new Business relationships. I brought over 200 new sellers to Shopee when I was an intern in Shopee Japan. • Incubation team: Since May 2020, all new sellers of Shopee Japan have been incubated by me.I launched a web-portal called the Seller Education Hub to provide digital support as well as interactive webinars for onboarding sellers. I implemented a systematic way to track the educational impact and created all the incubation materials. • Project management: Office lease. Seller Auto-onboarding project. Shopee Japan university.
