    Director of HR Operations April 2018 - July 2018: With the acquisition of Austin HR, LLC by Asure Software, Inc. on 4/1/2018, my primary responsibilities changed. Under the new leadership of the VP/General Manager of the consulting division, I was responsible for the integration of people, systems, and processes. RESULTS: a successful transition of 100% of the employees of Austin HR in the first 100 days with ZERO voluntary resignations and the transfer of my responsibilities to an out-of-state successor. Director of Operations June 2017 - March 2018: My responsibility was to keep employees and clients delighted! I oversaw the day-to-day operations of the business, management and support of the operations team. I built operational functions and readied the company for the 400% growth in 8 months. Actively participated in sales, consulting, and the acquisition activity. RESULTS: Co-Founders achieved their vision and sold Austin HR on 4/1/2018 to a publicly traded company, Asure Software.
