1. Promotes the certification of human resources professionals throughout the state of Texas and promotes the formation of chapter study programs related to certification. 2. Plans, coordinates, and managers the Texas SHRM Certification Success Course 3. Serves as a resource and support for local chapters regarding certification. 4. Participates in SHMR CLA certification webcasts and disseminates pertinent information to the Texas SHRM Governing Body and chapter certification directors. 5. Works on development and execution of SHRM Specialty Credentialing programs in coordination with SHRM. 6. Prepares regular updates and reports for Assistant State Director - CLA Directors, which summarize activities regarding certification. 7. Participates in regular meetings of the CLA Directors and Assistant State Director - CLA Directors. 8. Performs other duties as assigned by the Assistant State Director - CLA Directors.

Director of HR Operations April 2018 - July 2018: With the acquisition of Austin HR, LLC by Asure Software, Inc. on 4/1/2018, my primary responsibilities changed. Under the new leadership of the VP/General Manager of the consulting division, I was responsible for the integration of people, systems, and processes. RESULTS: a successful transition of 100% of the employees of Austin HR in the first 100 days with ZERO voluntary resignations and the transfer of my responsibilities to an out-of-state successor. Director of Operations June 2017 - March 2018: My responsibility was to keep employees and clients delighted! I oversaw the day-to-day operations of the business, management and support of the operations team. I built operational functions and readied the company for the 400% growth in 8 months. Actively participated in sales, consulting, and the acquisition activity. RESULTS: Co-Founders achieved their vision and sold Austin HR on 4/1/2018 to a publicly traded company, Asure Software.
