I'm the founder of The Imperfect Self – an early-stage start-up focused on conscious growth and self-leadership. I also work as an investment manager at Human Angel Initiative, supporting early-stage ventures through funding and our investor community. I am optimistic and love the hunt for new opportunities in everything I come across, I have an eye for detail and can be very critical but I become very enthusiastic if I can initiate, create and connect with people and connect them with each other. By doing just that I value the impact I have on my surroundings and in my projects. I'm not mainstream I am my own stream. Have strong personal values and I dare to stand for them. I want to inspire and encourage those around me to do the same. I don't fit in a box and don't want to. I thrive in operating in the in-between. I need to know the bigger picture of what I'm doing and keep track of the little details to connect these dots and that's how I operate at my best. That's when I'm in my element. This means I work best in an environment where I can take the space to initiate and have the freedom to operate how it suits best for me.
