I’ve spent my career helping companies grow through better hiring. For the last 16+ years, I’ve led hiring across GTM, business and technical functions in high-growth and global tech environments - from scaling commercial teams to building the infrastructure that helps hiring work properly. I’ve operated at both ends: leading complex, high-pressure hiring across international markets, and building stronger recruiting functions behind the scenes. That’s meant partnering closely with revenue leaders to scale GTM teams, bringing more structure and accountability to hiring when it starts to strain, and building the systems behind better hiring - ATS, structured hiring, interviewer enablement, analytics and operating rhythm. I’m at my best where there’s growth, ambiguity, and pressure to deliver. I like fixing messy hiring. I like building strong teams. And I care about TA operating with the same commercial focus as the teams it supports.

I led Personio’s global TA strategy, operations, and enablement across Europe and North America, overseeing hiring programs and delivery for GTM, Business & Tech. My focus was on building a seamless hiring experience for candidates, interviewers, and hiring managers by driving scalable strategies, streamlining operations, and embedding AI across our processes. From scheduling and sourcing to assessments and analytics, AI became a core part of how we hire - helping us deliver at scale while keeping quality and candidate experience at the centre.
As a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager at Meta, I led a team of 14 experienced recruiters, all focused on bringing in top talent for Meta’s international teams across EMEA and APAC. My role was all about driving hiring strategies, making sure we worked well together across different markets, and ensuring we were consistently meeting Meta’s high standards. I spent a lot of time optimizing processes, empowering my team, and aligning our efforts with Meta’s mission to build transformative technologies and connect people globally.
As a Senior Recruiting Lead at Meta, I spent five years managing the end-to-end hiring process for senior roles across Sales & Partnerships for Facebook and Instagram. A big part of my work was building recruitment functions in new international markets and helping establish high-performing teams from scratch. I partnered closely with leadership to define hiring strategies, attract top talent, and deliver a great candidate experience, all while supporting Meta’s mission to connect the world.
