As Category Manager for EU, I develop and implement the sourcing strategy for bakery and dessert products across multiple airline clients. I manage the entire product lifecycle—from market analysis and supplier selection to pricing, contract negotiation, and performance tracking—ensuring a consistent, high-quality offer that meets diverse regional tastes and operational requirements. Key responsibilities include: • Analyzing market trends and consumer preferences to build a competitive product range. • Leading supplier negotiations to secure optimal cost, quality, and sustainability standards. • Coordinating with culinary, logistics, and operations teams to ensure seamless supply across European hubs. • Driving innovation and standardization in the bakery segment while adapting dessert selections to local markets.
In charge of the Customer Relations department (4 managers and 80 coworkers) included aftersales, children facilities, shopping tools, cashline and global customer experience throughout the store.
