• Responsible for establishing and leading a new revenue-generating and profitable U.S. business to leverage substantial existing global platforms in Europe, Asia and Japan. Role includes lead responsibility for all strategic, financial and budgetary planning, human capital management, legal and compliance matters, goal-setting and benchmarking, and IT and operational infrastructure. • Managerial responsibility covers top revenue-generators through junior team members and includes extensive recruiting, negotiation and structuring of employment contracts, compensation planning and determination, and establishment of best practices and training programs.

• Associate Director of U.S. Equity Research (2006 – 2009). Responsible for strategic business plans, budgets, stock coverage planning and analyst vetting of capital markets transactions. Standing member of firm’s Equity Commitment Committee, with extensive experience in valuation of IPO and secondary equity offerings. Lead role in redesign and restructuring of Global Equity Research division following transformative merger. • Assistant General Counsel (2003 – 2006). Responsible for management of legal matters relating to firm’s institutional Equity and Fixed Income Research businesses. Extensive coordination with senior business leaders around conflicts management, reputational risk issues and development of significant new policies and infrastructural platforms designed to meet new regulatory requirements.
• Senior team-lead attorney in corporate finance and securities practice focused on M&A, private equity, and capital markets transactions. Transaction management responsibility for high-profile restructuring and corporate governance advisory matters involving complex public company accounting and risk management issues.
