I managed a team of 16, on a daily basis I allocated out work to the team, my work allocation at most times was dependant on meetings that are due or have been booked into the calendar. I endeavour to get work completed by the team in the tightest of deadlines and arrange agreed timescales with individuals. I monitored and continually updated our task management system 'asana' the system also enables me to report stats to management. Along with the above I was heavily involved in review meeting booking around the country for our advisers, and being the point of contact for new leads. I was heavily involved in personal development, and regular training for the team including new starters. I carried out the teams probationary reviews, half yearly and annual reviews.
• Monitoring team work queues to ensure work is completed within SLAs • Provide and maintain a high level of service at all times and being the “go to” person with any queries • Checking and authorising daily money movements • Delegation of all New Business applications to relevant team members • Ensure that all processes satisfy all regulatory requirements and audit trails are evident • Establish good working relationships with both external and internal clients • Processing new SIPP applications, money movements, contributions and transfers • Streamlining processes • Handling incoming calls and queries • Collating monthly team stats for work flow, performance and exceptions • Being a member of Towry SIPP Champions group working with all business functions to promote and deliver a right first time straight through client on boarding • Daily banking reconciliations of client money • Responsible for collecting 3rd party SIPP fees monthly • Producing client illustrations • Managing the team on behalf of Line Manager as and when required • A member of the Towry Consultative Committee
