I work with special needs children ranging in ages from 5 to 21 years old. They have varying disabilities that include but are not limited to Cerebral Palsy, Tramautic Brain Injury, Cognitively Impaired, Autism, Downs Syndrome and Fragile X. I work collabratively with other staff members to help the students increase their independence in the classroom and participate more fully in their academic development. I also help the students learn and practice new skills of daily living that improve their independence at home and their work environments.
