“I am [...] passionately curious.” – Albert Einstein Hi, I’m Lisa-Marie – and that quote sums me up pretty well: passionately curious. I love new challenges because they help me grow – by trying, failing, learning, and evolving. My roles are diverse, but my focus is clear. I mainly work as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Project Manager in agile AI, Google Workspace, IoT, eCommerce, SaaS, and data-driven projects – often with distributed UX and engineering teams (3–4 teams, up to 10 people each). I also enjoy switching roles when it makes sense: Whether it’s designing Agile, AI or Jira trainings, facilitating design sprints, supporting sales and account management, building an agile community, or shaping our AI portfolio and workshop formats – I’m always eager to create structure, spark ideas, and drive real impact. My Skills: - Leading agile projects and product development - Building and guiding cross-functional teams - Facilitating workshops and trainings - Stakeholder and change management - Translating user needs into clear priorities - Bridging tech and business - Sales & account management What drives me: helping people grow, creating meaningful solutions, and exploring how technology can actually make life better. Outside of work? You’ll find me exploring new places, trying new food, having deep conversations over coffee and cake, or looking for my next book recommendation. If you’d like to chat about agility, AI, design thinking, personal growth, women in tech, new ideas – or your favorite restaurant in Berlin, Stuttgart, Freiburg, or Paris: I’d love to connect!

„We spend a lot of time designing the bridge, but not enough time thinking about the people who are crossing it” [Prabhjot Singh] The human being and its needs and desires should always come first and consequently, at the beginning of business processes. Only then, products that inspire can be created. Design Thinking can serve this purpose! Consumers are not only considered at the beginning of business operations but become an essential part of product development. Here, Design Thinking is more than a process or creative method, because it is a special approach and 'mindset': approaching problems positively or even curiously and at the same time, welcoming other perspectives. Design Thinking is an attitude of openness, delight for experimentation and curiosity. These are the reasons why I support this mindset and gladly represent it.
