I am currently working as an International Corporate Trainer, Consultant and Personal Developer. I have spent over 14 years providing training solutions for large organisations, small businesses and also individuals looking for personal development. I specialise in Stress Reduction Training on both a corporate and individual level. I also provide bespoke training courses tailored to suit your needs. I have created developed and delivered training courses in areas ranging from: Stress Reduction through to Customer Service, Presentation Skills and Advanced Communication. I am a Licensed Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and have specialised in creating, developing and delivering training courses in areas ranging from: Stress Reduction through to Customer Service, Presentation Skills and Advanced Communication. (See website for full course catalogue www.emergetraining.co.uk) I am a TAP accredited trainer (Learning and Performance Institute formerly National Institute of IT Training) and was nationally recognised as one of the top three trainers in the UK in 2001 by receiving the Bronze award for Trainer of the Year (National Institute of IT Training) More recently I have combined my training skills with my previous BBC television presentation experience and created, produced and presented a training video for the NHS, which was distributed to NHS Primary Care Trusts throughout the UK.

    During my time as an entertainer, I was contracted by the BBC as a TV presenter for BBC 1. I presented: ‘live’ television with my co-host Andi Peters; ‘live’ outside broadcasts; and filmed many pop interviews with celebrities such as Cliff Richard. I also made a short film on the day in the life of a redcoat. As the majority of this work involved live broadcasts I discovered my ability to: work well under pressure; maintain control of a situation; be quick thinking and articulate; and to remain calm in a crisis.
