Throughout my professional experience, I have worked extensively with children, families, and vulnerable populations in both educational and community-based settings. I began in childcare and educational roles, including positions as a daycare supervisor, summer camp teacher, YMCA teacher, and site director, where I developed strong skills in behavior management, emotional support, leadership, and program coordination. I later advanced into management roles, overseeing staff, approving timesheets, creating program schedules, and ensuring compliance with organizational standards. Most recently, I have worked in social services and adult health care settings, providing case management support, behavioral interventions, resource coordination for homeless individuals, harm reduction education, documentation, and collaboration with social workers. These experiences have strengthened my communication, leadership, crisis management, and advocacy skills while deepening my passion for supporting individuals through personal challenges and life transitions.
