With a diverse background in the service industry, I’ve embraced a variety of roles ranging from educator to mentor and team lead, each one contributing to my growth and understanding of team dynamics. I've had the chance to guide diverse teams, crafting and updating processes that are as flexible as they are effective, all while supporting the unique needs of individuals and groups alike. My Bachelor of Science in Chemistry, with a minor in Law and Society, gives me an interesting edge and perspective. A blend of hands-on experience and formal education allows me to inspire, support, and help teams shine, unlocking their full potential.
