Leading the development and production of a high-end temporary restaurant at L’Orangerie for Roland-Garros 2026. Scope includes restaurant project management, budget oversight, and FF&E / OS&E coordination.
Responsible for coordinating Piaget & international Richemont group subsidiaries. Main point of contact for international retailers, VIPs and staff, from preparation to event. Integral management of accreditations, hotel accommodations and business meetings. Post-show follow-up: re-invoicing of services and financial closing.
Design and management of hotel and catering offers Definition of the F&B concept (offerings, visual identity) and pricing strategy. Layout design with the architect: interior design, space planning, and furnishings. Development of operational models (F&B, hotel services, delivery, outsourcing). Development of operational processes (scheduling, human resources, patient flow). Financial feasibility study: investments, profitability, and revenue projections.
Mission: Development of a fine-dining restaurant for Roland Garros 2024 Co-development of the restaurant concept Oversaw logistics for the opening of a fine-dining restaurant: space planning (moodboards, design furnishings), financial management, sourcing, recruitment, and FF&E/OS&E procurement. Management of the team with the Project Manager. Monitored financial dashboards: budget control, expenditures & invoicing. Coordinated all project phases across departments.
