In a 300 workers facility, lead continuous improvements actions plan and led equipments capex (design till start-up of a lead-acid battery assembly line)
In a 400 workers facility, lead technical services = develop stamping and welding tools suites for customers designed parts (10 millions euros capex) + improve cost control robustness to drive cost reduction (7% per year).
