Undertook a six-month contract assignment to assist the Inflight Logistics department to put in place compliant contracts. I have put in place short-term warehouse management, staff transportation, alcoholic spirits and beer supply contracts. I also worked on longer term supply contracts for warehousing, freight forwarding, wine supply, soft drink beverages plus water, and dry store goods for consumption in SAA lounges and onboard flights.
