With 22 years of experience in the rail infrastructure sector, I have built a career dedicated to customer service and satisfaction. I have held various sales and business development roles, gaining strong expertise in international growth strategies. Throughout my career, I have developed advanced negotiation and communication skills, navigating complex, multicultural environments and engaging with high-level stakeholders. Driven by entrepreneurial values, I transitioned into management, where I successfully created a new Customer Care department in the BU, leading a major transformation in customer service culture. Today, as member of the Excom, my responsibilities have expanded to encompass the full Order-to-Cash scope of the BU—including Supply Chain, Engineering, Customer Care, and Logistics—ensuring optimal service to our customers in both quality and lead time.
