The project objective was to provide strategic direction to Cognizant to expand its Insurance business in Switzerland, reporting directly to the Country Managing Director. My Responsibilities in CTS were: • Analysing the environmental changes affecting the insurance industry in Switzerland. • Assessing the market potential of IT Services and Solutions emerging from the analysis of the changing insurance industry. • Gap Analysis - Mapping the current services and solutions offering with the market potential emerging from the analysis. • Developing a strategic perspective and providing concrete recommendations to address the gaps and create opportunities in order to achieve a competitive advantage in the IT services and solutions market. • Communicating strategic perspective and recommendations effectively to the executive board and key account managers
