Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for Satellite LEO connectivity solutions, including product strategy, roadmap planning, pricing models, and service design. Continuously evolve product offerings to remain market-relevant by tracking industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Establish and continuously improve operational foundations, processes, and readiness to support reliable global delivery of Satellite LEO connectivity solutions. Engage directly with customers throughout onboarding, guiding end-to-end implementation and acting as escalation owner for complex or unresolved issues. Partner cross-functionally with engineering, operations, sales, and procurement to deliver smooth customer onboarding and ongoing service excellence. Work directly with satellite suppliers (i.e. Starlink) to ensure service quality, compliance, and competitive positioning versus other resellers.
Triage and resolve technical issues stemming from advertisers' usage of advertising solutions and escalating to a consultant when appropriate for further troubleshooting. Discern product confusion from bugs, identify solutions, and advise the customers to accomplish the advertisers desired outcome. Effectively and concisely communicate resolution, technical resolution, workarounds, or product confusion to the advertisers. Partner closely with the consultant/sales team to resolve customer issues, prioritize, and build market or vertical plans for technical services. Prioritize product workflow queues based on SLAs to manage volume, assignment, and escalation support for issue resolution and customer escalations.
Develop deep knowledge within a complex product group. Investigate and prioritize advertising issues, escalating to a specialist when appropriate for further troubleshooting or de-bugging. Own tasks end-to-end until they are assigned to specialist. Discern product confusion from bugs, identify solutions, and advise the sales team advertisers to accomplish the advertisers desired outcome. Effectively and concisely communicate resolution, technical resolution, workarounds, or product confusion to the sales team. Partner with product support group specialists to identify solutions to advertising bugs and product confusion. Facilitate a high-end customer experience related to support for advertising bugs. Mentor team members and own product support areas.
