I build connections. I listen to problems. Then I turn them into revenue. (and sometimes, into an acquisition.) I'm Linh — fractional sales leader and founder of Bridge & Scale. After 17 years in B2B sales across SaaS, sustainability, and enterprise — and after building, scaling, and exiting my own startup for $3M (yes, I've actually done the thing I'm helping you do) — I now focus on one thing: Helping Series A/B companies and global businesses entering new markets go from zero pipeline to real revenue. Fast. No six-month ramp. No "let's circle back." Just deals. A few things I'm proud of: — Scaled barePack from 0 → 600 restaurants → 7,000 paid users across Singapore, France & Vietnam → $3M acquisition (not bad for a first startup) — Built Gateway's Vietnam sales operation from $0 to $4.2M in 9 months — then handed it over and watched it keep growing — Ranked #1 Area Sales Manager in ASEAN at Oriflame. Five times. (They stopped being surprised. I didn't.) I work remotely, part-time, and across time zones — based in Vietnam, available for EU & APAC hours. (Turns out great sales doesn't require a WeWork membership.) At Bridge & Scale Co, I partner with founders and leadership teams who are serious about growth but don't need — or can't yet afford — a full-time sales hire sitting in an office somewhere, expensing lunches.
