About

Following the third year of my Honours B.Sc. in Biochemistry degree, I decided to venture into new territories and pursue a Minor in Management to complement my science major, thus ensuing my interests in the fields of business. After I completed my undergraduate studies a year later, I decided to leap out of my comfort zone and move abroad to Asia to teach English, which proved to be extremely rewarding as I gained valuable experiences and developed skills in teaching, mentoring, and coaching in a cross-cultural environment. However, I still had the desire to expand my business knowledge, which led me to complete a Master's degree in International Business in London, England, where the opportunities to grow my network and learn from successful individuals were endless. I then seized the unique opportunity to achieve another Master's degree, in Business Analytics, which took me to San Francisco – yet another global hub with countless opportunities. Data (and Big Data!) has become a vital part of driving business operations, and the insights that can be derived if the data is used effectively are amazing and so valuable! Both Masters allowed me to collaborate with individuals from over 80 different countries, and gave me opportunities to work with companies solving real business problems, using tools like SQL, Python, R, and Tableau. Now, I am constantly working to develop my skills in data analysis, visualization, and management.
