• Spearheaded the establishment of SEKO Logistics and Freight Forwarding in Vietnam, overseeing all startup operations. • Built a comprehensive team encompassing Product, Operations, Sales, and back-office functions, including HR, Finance, and IT. • Managed the Profit and Loss (PNL) and strategic development of the Vietnam station within the SEKO Global network.
Manage the team of 500+ employees offering full logistics services including: o Warehouse Leasing and Operation (Distribution Center, CFS, Bonded) o Transportation o Customs Brokerage o International Freight Forwarding o Depot/Inland container Depot o Supply chain solution with the total master area of 1,200,000 sqm and total investment up to 200 million USD. TBS Logistics Vietnam is the subsidiary of TBS Group-one of the leading holding company in Vietnam.
• Established and managed a robust logistics function with over 90 employees, focusing on inbound and outbound logistics. • Oversaw the operations of the distribution center, including warehousing and value-added activities. • Directed last-mile delivery strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
